Who Can Refer?
Brightpath Community Housing Ltd CIC accepts referrals from professionals and organisations supporting individuals who are in housing need and would benefit from a more structured accommodation and intensive housing management service.
Referrals can be submitted by:
Local Authorities and Housing Options Teams
Support and Key Workers
Social Services
Probation
Charities and Community Organisations
We also consider self referrals, if you meet our criteria

Please complete the referral form below with as much detail as possible. The information provided will help our team assess the individual’s housing needs, support requirements and suitability for available accommodation.
Please ensure the individual is aware of this referral and that consent has been obtained before submitting their personal information.
Referral Review
What Happens After Submission
Once a referral is submitted, our team will review the information provided to determine whether the individual may be suitable for Brightpath supported accommodation.
Our review process will include:
Assessing the individual’s housing and support needs
Reviewing risk information and safeguarding considerations
Identifying whether appropriate accommodation is available
If additional information is required, a member of our team will contact the referring organisation.
Where the referral is suitable, we will discuss next steps and potential accommodation options with the referrer.
Please note that submission of a referral does not guarantee placement, as all referrals are subject to assessment and availability.
